Komercio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of James Hopkins. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of James Hopkins.
